It is a procedure in which 4 dental implants are placed which will support / fix a total prosthesis to replace the complete denture of an arch, it is a very effective technique that reduces risks and costs, it also costs 2 phases the surgical and the placement of crowns but in this case from the first phase the patient has a provisional denture that allows him to have an adequate quality of life while the integration of the implants is carried out.
